Membership FAQ
Refunds, freeze / pause, renewals, and how add-ons work — the terms that matter before you buy.
Membership fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated and facility access begins. If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and have not checked in, you may request a full refund minus any payment gateway charges. Medical cancellations require a doctor’s note and are reviewed case by case for a pro-rated credit toward a future plan.
Freeze / pause is available on 6-month plans (up to 15 days) and 12-month plans (up to 30 days), including Couples and Group memberships. Freezes must be requested in writing at least 3 days before the start date, in blocks of 7 days or more. 1, 2 and 3-month plans do not include freeze days; short absences can be discussed with the front desk for goodwill options.
A Couples membership covers 2 people and a Group membership needs a minimum of 4 people. The listed price is the total for everyone; the per-person figure is shown for comparison. All members join together on the same plan and start date, and each member gets their own gym access.
We send a renewal reminder 14 days and 3 days before your plan ends. Renew at the listed price for your plan, or move to a longer plan for better value. Lapsed memberships restart at the current published price and may require a new orientation if inactive for more than 60 days.
PT packages are sold separately and can be added to any active membership. Sessions must be used within the package validity window and are non-transferable. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable, though medical freezes may extend validity when approved.
You can pay via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or at the front desk. All listed prices are final.
